1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and kbl99 ("kbl99," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the kbl99 online gaming platform available at kbl99.net and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering a kbl99 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with kbl99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

kbl99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the kbl99 online gaming website at kbl99.net and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player Account" means the registered account created by an individual user on the kbl99 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their kbl99 account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds or free spins credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game available on the kbl99 Platform, which may be accessed within each game's interface.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required under applicable regulatory frameworks to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to and use of the kbl99 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

3Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a kbl99 Player Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming law. kbl99 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of kbl99, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the kbl99 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR-regulated frameworks.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. kbl99 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Player Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with all balances forfeited to kbl99.

4Account Rules

Once your kbl99 Player Account is active, the following rules apply at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kbl99 will never request your password via any channel.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your Player Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify kbl99 support immediately.
• Player Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance therein to any other person.
• kbl99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player Account pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or abuse, or upon receipt of a request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee of up to ₱100 per month, deducted from any remaining balance, following 30 days' written notice to the Player's registered email address.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: kbl99 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page, which include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to the Player, in accordance with kbl99's anti-money laundering procedures. Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and any applicable fees are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of the withdrawal request.

• kbl99 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud or abuse.
• Withdrawals are subject to a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly limit as published in the Cashier section, which may vary by account tier.
• Players acknowledge that kbl99 is not a banking institution and that funds held in a Player Account do not accrue interest.
• Chargebacks initiated by a Player will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Any costs incurred by kbl99 in connection with a chargeback may be recovered from the Player's account balance.

kbl99 is committed to processing withdrawal requests from verified accounts promptly. Typical processing times are published in the Cashier section and may vary based on payment method and applicable verification requirements.

6Bonuses & Promotions

kbl99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here.

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, verified their identity through the KYC process.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• kbl99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel a Player's entitlement to a bonus at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using multiple payment methods to qualify for the same offer, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors.
• Bonus funds are played first from a Player's balance before real money funds, unless stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new Players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.
• kbl99 reserves the right to set game restrictions on the use of bonus funds. Wagering on certain games may contribute less than 100% towards the satisfaction of a wagering requirement, as specified in the relevant promotion.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on the kbl99 Platform are governed by the specific rules of that game, accessible within each game's interface, and by these general gameplay terms.

• kbl99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published per game and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, connection failures, or software errors that interrupt a game round — kbl99 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the relevant stake to the Player's account. kbl99's decision in such matters is final.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules and procedures applicable to the specific game variant being played. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the video record of the session is the primary reference for resolution.
• kbl99 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a Player's hardware or software failure, internet connection issues, or actions of a third-party network provider.
• Any bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or any winnings derived from such bets, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts closed.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kbl99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Creating or operating multiple Player Accounts;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or any game;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kbl99 staff or other Players through any channel.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the kbl99 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and game content, is the property of kbl99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kbl99.

The kbl99 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of kbl99. Unauthorized use of any kbl99 trademark or trade name is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbl99, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or third-party service failures;
• Unauthorized access to your Player Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Interruptions to gameplay caused by factors outside kbl99's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

Nothing in these Terms limits kbl99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

kbl99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

kbl99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools and information necessary to manage their gaming activity responsibly. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount they load into their kbl99 account within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, the Player will not be able to wager further until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which access to the Platform is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the Player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly upon receipt.

12Suspension & Termination

kbl99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• kbl99 has reasonable grounds to suspect the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The Player is under 21 years of age;
• kbl99 is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or direction from a competent authority;
• The Player has requested account closure.

Upon account closure, any real money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements and any amounts subject to investigation or dispute) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting kbl99 support. Requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

13Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your kbl99 account, any game outcome, any transaction, or any aspect of these Terms, you must first contact kbl99 customer support by submitting a written complaint via the live chat function or by email to [email protected].

kbl99 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days. All complaint submissions must include: your registered username, a clear description of the dispute, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting documentation.

Game round outcomes are determined by the Platform's RNG system and, for live games, by the video record of the game session. These records are the primary reference for the resolution of any game-related dispute. kbl99's decision on the outcome of any game dispute, made in good faith following review of the available records, is final.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process described above, the Player may seek recourse through applicable dispute resolution channels available under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

14Amendments to These Terms

kbl99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — kbl99 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform.

For non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required to maintain legal compliance), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without separate notice.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is stated at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the kbl99 Platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties agree that any dispute not resolved through the internal complaint process described in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits kbl99's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
